Gratitude Sunday – September 28, 2014

My Rocking Chair

Yesterday, Fed Ex delivered the cushion for my recently purchased rocking chair.

Soon lower temperatures will arrive in Florida. And, I look forward to the upcoming days of rocking in STILLNESS and QUIET as I look within for peace, love, and happiness. And, I AM GRATEFUL.

More and more, my life is expanding toward showing respect, expressing love, and performing acts of kindness to those whose path I cross. And, I AM GRATEFUL.

During this final season life, I am going on a journey to define "ME." Opening up and going outside of my comfort zone to redefine ME.. Exploring and pursuing new interests that will lead to personal happiness, serenity, and tranquility. In undertaking this mission, overcoming the FEAR is my greatest challenge. Fear has played a large role in my life, but I overcame the FEAR of breast cancer, chronic pain associated with Rheumatoid Arthritis and Fibromyalgia, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, and Sleep Apnea.   The days are still hot, hot in Florida. But each morning I arise at 5:00 am to rock and relax. Back in the day, many, many days ago, I use to rock and roll. (smile)
