Grateful for Pain-Free Knee
Though, my right knee is bone-on-bone, I am pain-free. I completed six weeks of physical therapy on Friday; and, although, the pain may return I am grateful for having been blessed with pain-free days for three weeks.
Grateful for Physical Therapist Comment
Last week, while setting up this weight machine, for me, the physical therapist said, “you’re lifting 125 pounds, I can’t even do that.” When I asked if she was joking, she said, “I’m telling the truth.”

I am grateful that, at 72-years-old, I can push more weight on this machine than my 35-year-old physical therapist.

During this final season life, I am going on a journey to define "ME." Opening up and going outside of my comfort zone to redefine ME.. Exploring and pursuing new interests that will lead to personal happiness, serenity, and tranquility.
In undertaking this mission, overcoming the FEAR is my greatest challenge. Fear has played a large role in my life, but I overcame the FEAR of breast cancer, chronic pain associated with Rheumatoid Arthritis and Fibromyalgia, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, and Sleep Apnea.
My new mantra: FEAR has two meanings: "(1) Forget Everything And Run, or (2) Face Everything and Rise. The Choice is Mine."
Blogging here I come ready or not!!!

Thank you, Cassandra. So happy you had the chance to visit my newest endeavor. I write this blog to connect and reconnect with likeminded people. I have been at it now for almost two years. Grateful I have reached a point in my life to explore new things. While I am not a writer, I do have something to say and blogging gives me a voice. Take care.

Thank you. I began exercising, and have done so regularly, since 1996. It’s a part of my self-management toolbox to control pain levels related to Rheumatoid Arthritis and Fibromyalgia.

125 pounds! That’s awesome. I couldn’t do that either now or even before cancer. You should be proud of yourself. You are an inspiration 🙂 in so many ways!

Thank you. I have been exercising on a regular basis since 1996. I incorporated it into life as a self-management tool to manage and control my chronic pain conditions relating to Rheumatoid Arthritis and Fibromyalgia. And, its worked well for pain but could solve the problems of joint degeneration. I appreciate the information and tips that you share on your blog.
